Just when I start to get comfortable at my station…WtF?
It was the hottest day yet. humid and sticky.. i was showering in my sweat.. gross.. I get in early so I can prep everything for service in time, easily and not rushed, when about around 4:30 or 5.. (we open at 5:30) “jannie you’re going to train on hot apps today” WTF?!?!?!?!?!? “um okay” i say.. what else can i say? half of me is scared shitless of killing myself on the stove and the other half is feeling great. holy shit! i’m graduating to the next station.. I didn’t get a chance to cook that much as i still haven’t seen everything done, but baby steps.. it was a slow night last night.. but i think tuesdays are going to be my training days.. i’m totally excited.. life is pretty good.. i still know nothing, but i’m learning so damn much my head is spinning.. anyhoo, it was an exciting.. hope everyone is enjoying this gorgeous day..
